Dynamic Keyword Insertion on Yahoo?

Hi everyone - does Yahoo offer dynamic keyword insertion, a la AdWords? I believe the answer is no, but just want to quickly clarify.

As far as I know the answer is no, I have never gotten access to it, even while being a high spender and having a rep. What they do offer is a unique ad/title per keyword, and were the first PPC with a bulk upload, which they call LSO, Large Spreadsheet Order.

If you do not have access to the bulk upload (based on ad spend - was told $6000 per year) you can usually get a one time upload for 1,500 keywords by calling and speaking to customer service.
