New Overture account. Can't Login?

Anyone has the same problem like me?

Hi everybody, I am new to WW. I wonder anyone has the same problem with Overture like me.

I opened my Overture account last week and i was billed $60 for my account but I couldn't login. So I thought that my account must be verified before I can login. Three days later, I got an email from overture. They gave me a phone number to call in to verify my account. Great,I called them, talked to a women at overture to verify my accont.

But, untill now I still can't login to my account? (even the women at overture told me that my account was verified.)

When I try "forgot password", the page just refresh with no sign of change.

I have try everything I found on the net regarding this problem : delete cookies, restart computer, add https//*.overture.com to "trusted sites" in Internet Explorer, use Fire Fox but nothing worked for me.

It's very frustrating for me. As my money went to Overture and I can't access my account!

Is there anybody can help me with this problem? Thanks alot.

Everyone once in a while we have this issue with brand new accounts.

You need to call them and ask them to fix the problem or duplicate the account (and deposited funds) into a new login.

What it is numbers? I have subscribed more 3 days ago and have not received anything in the answer.

555five: You can use this number :866-999-6837 to contact them. But I think they must review your account before they send you a wellcome email. Be patient :)
