How about that new report download procedure?

It's called "user-friendliness" ... learn about it.

The new report download procedure now involves 2 extra clicks and 2 new pop-up windows ... all to do the same thing as could be done before with 1 click and no pop-ups. This is progress?

And what about that "New term/null_term" issue? Shouldn't that have been fixed a year ago? It's impossible to believe that they can determine that it was one of my terms, it cost this much and had this many impressions ... but they can't figure out what the term is.

And hey ... while I'm at it ... why does a campaign that is paused/offline still generate impressions and clicks?

C'mon Yahoo ... spend some money on human interface issues and the issues that affect your advertisers.

Well, the "good" news is that, using a Gecko-based product, I can Ctrl-click the link to the "spreadsheet" download and avoid the second pop-up window. So that cuts the "improvement" down to one pop-up and one extra click.

So, that's good.

Otherwise ... the report has already been run, so why ask to "Run report now" or "Receive email notification when report is ready?" You don't get the "Download" link unless the report is completed!

So, that's remarkably un-smart.
