Do they have that?

Anybody knows whether Yahoo has some kind of agency account in which we can open sub-accounts for our lients? We have an agency account with Google Adwords and it makes things a lot easier to manage ad campaigns for the customers.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Yahoo is so behind when it comes to this. To link accounts, you have to merge them, and it takes up to 4 weeks and is non-reversible. What in the hell are they thinking? Yahoo sucks, seriously, this just sealed the deal.

If you can just get a good sales rep, you're more likely to stay with them and not get bounced around all over the place and have good consistent service.

We started with a sales rep, then got picked up by Gold, then some other higher spending level programs then completely dropped with no rep and no explanation, just a sorry, even though your acounts tally 500k - 1M+ a year we're not going to offer you any service or regular point of contact.

Eventually we ended up back with the original rep and that always worked best anyway.

I work at a search agency - and for both Yahoo and Google we have one account with multiple campaigns underneath. The Yahoo main agency account login I have allows me to view all my clients via a drop down tool on the top right hand side of the screen, I can view international campaigns eg. anything I am targeting to Yahoo.co.uk, I can view all my precision match and local match campaigns. The functionality is great. I suggest you contact agencyservices@overture.com - and get a response from there. This email will go to a group of people who all handle agency accounts. Also Google only allowes 25 accounts per email login - Yahoo! has an unlimited amount.

Just FYI - Google allows a lot more than 25 accounts with an MCC login. I believe the number is around 500 last time I checked, but could be higher now.

Back to the origional question, if you have a Yahoo rep (and you only need a single gold account to get one) then you can have access to their agency accounts. Just give YSM a call and it's usually pretty easy to get it set up.
