Overture Budgeting Feature

Hello Everyone,

I am new to webmaster world. If you are the using "budget off - non stop traffic" feature on Overture. Will this guarantee that your ads are displayed at all times for your keywords?

For example if I budget for X amount per day will overture only display my ad for only a percentage of the time?

Your feedback would be apperciated. Trying to figure out overture has been pretty complicated.

OV is not like adwords in any way shape or form. Your ad will be displayed until your budget is hit. It doesn't care if you hit your budget in the first minute of the day. At least it's straightforward that way... :)
