I'm probably being stupid here but I cannot see a way to zero an account and shut it down.

The minimum monthly CC charge is 30.00 so it seems to keep charging no matter what. How do you close an account and use-up or get refunded on the balance?

Just send them an e-mail through the support center asking them to close your account and refund any balance to your CC.

If they put a "close account" link on their website it probably wouldn't work anyway.

Hi

I agree there doesn't seem an easy way to do this.

My CC expired and I see a new page today, saying enter new details.

Maybe you could update your CC details to show your card ending at the end of this month, my account is running down the existing balance.
