Unresolved Yahoo Problem. Some Keywords Not Being Displayed

Not sure how many advertisers knew about this problem, but essentially 1000's of advetisers have keywords that are not being displayed (the ads). One of my clients has over 10 keywords that even though the DTC SAYS they are active and in the top 3 positions...No ads are displayed. Ads however ARE displayed for other advertisers (my competitors).

This scenario of keywords not triggering ads has been a problem since a week ago Friday. I can't believe it's taking Yahoo this long to figure out the answer to this 'bug'. I just wanted to alert advertisers about this problem...because Yahoo certainly did not.

If you clicks/sales seem slow since the 'system enhancements' you might want to look and see that all your ads are actually being displayed. Don't ask them to run a report to identify this problem though; in this technology age, Yahoo cannot pull this data.

I noticed ads from Overture Uk show on both MSNuk and YahooUk, but ads from Overture US shows on MSN.com but not on yahoo.com

Is this the unresolved yahoo problem?

Or is is because I'm viewing from outside US?

Or is it supposed to be like this?

Yes, that is the reason.
To check Yahoo we use anonymizer proxy (just do a G or Y search) which has a free service that allows you to check a few listings from a US server.
