How to make backup of my listings before changing them?

Hi all,

I'd like to make a backup for all my listings (the title, body text, target URL, keywords, etc) before I make changes on them. How can I do that? I can't find the download link anywhere to do that.

On Google, you simply submit the new listings and then pause the old ones. The paused ads become your backup. But Overture doesn't let you submit the same keywords even though you intention is to replace the old ad once the new one is approved. Am I right? So the only way to make a backup is to download your listings to your harddrive.

1. Login into your overture account.
2. Click on manage bids.
3. At the category level, make sure 'all listings' is the selected category.
4. Click the download button.
This will save an external excel file of all your listings.
