Tutorial on how the bidding system works

Is there a good tutorial somewhere on what bid price a person actually pays in Overture?

e.g.

#1 Max Bid is $1.50
#2 Max Bid is $1.00
#3 Max Bid is $0.50

Assume there are only 3 listings and no more.

How much will each advertiser pay per click?
