Bumped Down to Gold Status

But spending multiples of the platinum level

We had an awesome rep at Y! until today when we were informed that we were now considered a "Gold" advertiser.

They said it is not the spend level. Has this happened to anyone else? Were you able to get platinum status back somehow?

There was no reason given other than accounts are reviewed quarterly and maybe next quarter you'll be back up to platinum.

This happened to me over at my last job... some proper scolding and one nasty email to thier entire team cleared it up.

I would ask to talk to your reps manager.
