I was wondering if anyone else was having their overture rep push search optimizer on them. It's odd how many times a "free" product is being offered and pushed...

I've compared Search Optimizer and AOP and don't see why people would switch.

Any Search Optimizer experiences people can share? My team's experience using it for a client has been mediocre.

thanks.

I got solicited and accepted the service for free until the end of the year. However, I am just getting into it and cannot comment on its effectiveness.

Google and Yahoo are both pushing it because they want the conversion data. Every time a campaign is setup they heavily encourage using their systems to track. The more advertisers use it, the more likley it is that the data will be used to extract more $$$ from the advertisers.
