Redirects on Sponsored Search URL

Does anyone know if you can use redirects on Yahoo sponsored search listings now? I noticed that InfoSearch Media is using subdomains of infotrack.com and redirecting to other website depending on what keyword was searched for.

I also have seen their clients using this to double-dip and get 2 sponsored search listings for one keyword or key pharse by using the InfoSearch service and using their own Yahoo account for another listing.

Can anyone do this now or is this some special deal InfoSearch Media has with Yahoo?
