I know that there is a message saying that bid amounts are being delayed, but it is very noticeable this morning. Makes it difficult for me to manage my accounts...

For me, this couldn't have come at a worse time. Worse still, they're giving no indication of when it's going to be fixed.

Positions on MSN, Yahoo and the bid tool seem to match. However, this is not much help as you can't see your positions accurately in the DTC!

Whatever is wrong; I'm sure it's not affecting THEM financially. Probably just another 'running the prices up' glitch.

Well it is taking a long time to solve this issue.
Also, there is a warning that 'new term' may appear in reports for recently added keywords. Great! :(

The 'new term issue is NOT new; even though they may claim it to be. Many times I run reports and see a keyword called 'new term' 87 clicks, $48.14 cost (just an example). Then later in the day these clicks and costs are assigned to other terms. Very 'eye raising' if you ask me.

Overture should come clean. Instead of calling it "new term" they should call it "fudge factor" like it really is.
(BTW I checked. There aren't any advertisers for that.)

This is horrible. Hard to believe that such a big company can't get its act together.
