Why Yahoo has to have constant reporting issues (by that I mean delays) is baffling to me. Google has seemed to figured out reporting; I've never seen or heard of click and cost reporting delays from Google.

There were lots of delays in reporting for yesterday's stats. They just can't seem to update their technology to Google's standards.

They are still a day behind...nothing has been resolved.

They now have this message on their log in page:

REPORTS UPDATE DELAY

We are currently experiencing a delay in updating data in the DirecTraffic Center® reports and in the statistics on the "Manage Bids" page. Rest assured that we are working to resolve this issue so that your reports will be updated as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Also:

REPORTS TO BE UNAVAILABLE:

All reports in the DirecTraffic Centre® will be unavailable from 3:00am GMT to 3:00pm GMT on Saturday, June 11th. Additionally, report data will be delayed for 12 hours afterwards. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Yeah what pisses me off is that it takes over a day to 'acknowledge' the reporting problem. Yahoo doesn't know a damn thing about customer satisfaction and problem resolution. It's like they think acknowledging their problems is the right thing to do. When is MSN going to be ready? Can't wait to hand off the large sum of $$$ I pay to Yahoo each month.

MSN's PPC engine won't be up and running for at least another 6-12 months IMO. Then I will be able to transfer some funds away from Yahoo! and over to MSN, but even then I will still need traffic from Yahoo!

I know Yahoo! make a lot of money already, but think how much more they could make if their PPC service was up to scratch.

Makes me feel like setting up my own or at least my own shopping search engine! ;)
