Our OV conversion tracker is showing triple the conversion rate as that of Adwords and our in-house stats. Is anyone else experiencing the same? Could it have anything to do with the way the tracker was installed?

It should be fairly simple to determine if the conversions actually exist. I don't know what you consider conversions (purchases, sign ups, etc.), but did they occur?

Yes their tracking tool is not that reliable. I've used it, but now do not. And 99% of the time it was wrong it OVERSTATED conversions...surprise surprise to give you the sense you were doing better than you were.

From my experience both Google and Yahoo conversion trackers overstate conversions. Google admitted to me as much. I use these tools only as a backup to my primary tracking solution.
