Title Description and Keyword Question

I have a few questions on the reqs and the nautre of presenting the PPC information.

If I create the keyword listing "Black Widgets" only the bidders who are bidding on that exact same term are appear in the Bidders price/position breakdown?

I understand that if the sponsor uses the Advanced/Broad Match on "Widgets" that they will appear on the search result page when the public types in "Widgets" or "Black Widgets". The "Widgets" sponsor will not appear as a bidder in the Black Widgets listing, but rather the Widgets listing?

Also if the user types in "Tall Black Widgets" that will in no way change the Title and Description which I have supplied? Correct?
