How to search the contents?

Hello every one! I'm new here and I found this place great. A lot to catch up. I want to search the contents and tried the Site Search, but it says I don't have the permission. What can I do?

Actually, I'm trying to find any information about the conversion rate (converting clicks to leads). I'm currently running ads on Google and Overture. My company wants to set some goals for me. But I have no idea how much my conversion rate should be. I'll appreciate it if anybody can give me some idea. I understand that it varies in different industries. But any number will be helpful.
