Advertiser Running Multiple Ads On Keywords

Does anyone know the official Overture policy regarding an advertister running mutiple ads on a single keyword? I thought it was that an advertiser could only run 1 ad per keyword. However now it seem to have changed to allow multiple ads per keyword if they are directed to different webpages. In my industry this is out of control, advertisers are setting up multiple domains yet each webpage indicates who the advertiser is so it's very easy to see what is going on.

Anyone else in this sitaution?

The favourite trick used to be that affiliates with identical websites would dominate certain search terms.

We used to complain all the time and were told that as long as they identified themselves as affiliates it was OK.

This policy may have changed. The best thing to do is to write them from within your account and complain.

Be sure to make it as easy as possible for them by spelling everything out - URLS, search terms and why they are duplicate.

Good luck!

I have sent numerous detailed emails to my Diamond level contact at Overture. They are very slow to take action; reason being they make a ton of money by allowing these practices to go on. I am persistent with this matter and will escalate things at Overture. Was just curious to know if others' are facing the same challenges.
