overture not showing my sites correct balance

I have been looking at my overture clients accounts and it seems that overture is not brining accross the correct account balance. no matter which account i select it always the same.
it says the account is offline with $#*$! in the balance so it should be there, but it isn't the right accounts balance. ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

is anyone else seeing this or is it just me?

I've had this issue and complained numerous times. You need to try clearing your cache and/or go back a couple of hours later and you should see the right amount.

This blunder on their part caused one of accounts to really go offline over the weekend...
