I had this problem a few months back.
I was told by my overture rep that it wasn't currently possible to do it myself but if i sent them the information they would set it up for me.

I have the same question - but I don't have a rep to open up my other countries.
better still I can't even find the "support centre"
can someone please tell me where to click to find a support email form or similar?

If you do not have a rep to set this up for you, you could set up individual campaigns for the country specific overtures. Go to the US version of overture: [searchmarketing.yahoo.com...] and sign up there. I think you can choose a different country on the next screen with a pulldown and setup a campaign there as well.
They also have a telephone number and email on that page, if your combined spend (between all accounts and countries) is getting close to $10k a month US I would write or call them.
