Can someone help me with the following questions?
Am I right with Overture their are NOT Broad, Phrase, and Exact matching of keywords? You just list your keywords brackets and quotes? or anything else?
If I were to run ads like I have in Google do I have to prepay for every ad? I have several hundred ads in Google and I could see if I were required to prepay them all it may cost me $5-10K.
Overture does it a little differently, but they have ways to in general do the same things.

No, you have a couple of choices, but you don't really "prepay for every ad". At least, not in the way I think you mean it. You always have to prepay, but you can either choose to put money manually in any amount you choose (with caviats) or you can choose for them to automatically withdraw a set amount.
I have it set up for them to automatically withdraw when my balance goes below a rolling 2 day average of expenses. So if I incur 300 in expenses today, and 400 in expenses tomorrow, if my balance falls below 700 the following day it would automatically replenish. I spend around 10,000 a month with Overture, but my pre-paid account balance seldom goes over 1000.
