Hi, I've been using Overture services for approximately 2 1/2 years, dealing with the UK office, and in that time I've had nothing but superb service and helpful staff every time I call

Has anyone else had this? Or is it all negative as appears to be the case on these forums?

I have to agree with you g- I've been using Overture for nearly 18 months now and I've never had any problems. The staff all seem to be really clued up and my account manager has been extremely honest with me whenever I've asked any questions.

They're even taking me out to lunch for the 3rd time next month- they are top class in comparison to the muppets at google!

I had a look at that thread and it sounds like you may have come unstuck on the match driver system Overture uses

Can I ask if you have account manager support or are you calling in to the service centre

The account managers seem very clued up and helpful

I've had two telephone reps, who I called and who called me. I also involved - thanks to eWhisper - a very high brass from the US who sped things up. The whole issue is still pending and I am posting an update when the current activities have finished.

I come and go in my feelings about Overture. Sometimes they do a good job; other times (recently) they are horrible. I get the impression there is a lot of internal conflict at Overture and their people are under a lot of pressure to increase revenues. (Just an impression I get.)
