Not sure if its MSN pushing more results, but i'm definately getting a broader audience now. Should figure some of the Search MSN commercials would help out.

Glad to see Overture picking up. Now i just want some quicker editorial reviews

Actually, MSN is pushing less Overture results. Many of the competitive keyword PPC listings are being shown through MSN ads, not Overture ones.

MSN might be getting more total visitors, which is accounting for your stat differences.

MSN ads?

I checked there and all I see options for is Overture unless you are spending $75k+ on a single keyword.

I see my ads all over msn.. and i'm only paying 10 cents :)

ofcourse i'm not in anything that someone would bid 75k/month on or anything like that

I still don't see any options for MSN ads. I see some kind of MSN/Overture partnership thing.

What am missing?

Yahoo, MSN, Excite, Altavista, CNN and InfoSpace + more are all part of the Overture family and your ads run on those networks.
