Can't View Listings or Change Bids

Great....I can't get into view listings or change bids this morning....thank's Overture...

I just got out of two of my accounts and couldn't access any bid changes.

Maybe this is Over's new improvement. No one can lower bids.

I tested both issues, and was able to process both (9:06AM EST)

I too am able to login and make changes now.

Just tried to edit some listings from offline to online in DTC without success...
It appears that Overture now groups them in their own temporary category called "offline"..

Every time I try and do anything with the "offline" category in Precision Match, DTC switches me to the "All Listings" category, and ignores my edit request....

Called Overture's NOC, they acknowledge there are some issues inside DTC, that they are aware of, and working on....
