Is it me or has the Overture DTC become a lot slower over last week or so? What is up with it?

Who can tell. I always get up for a cup of tea or coffee while my bid page is loading. That takes about 3 or 4 minutes so by the time I get back it's usually loaded.

If I just sat there and waited I would probably throw something at the monitor.

That is bad. I usually have time to view a couple of forum posts before it loads up for me.

It is even more slow than usual. Adwords is a lot faster, they should be looking at this for one of their maintenance runs.

Overture's DTC has been worse than usual lately. Their platinum customer team has been equally as bad; they have absolutely no techincal understanding to speak of.

Their answer to everything is 'have you cleared your cache'?

The I start to educate them about servers, and restarting servers and I can picture the beads of sweat that start to form on their foreheads. They are all very nice, but they are grossly ignorant when it comes to anything regarding databases, servers, IP's, etc.
