Multiple Listings, accounts in overture

I have a recent competitor who has multiple overture accounts and is bidding on the same keyword twice. For example

Keyword: WIdget Blue
Ad: Buy widget blues here
URL: www.xyz.com

2nd Ad:
Ad: Save On Widget Blues
URL: www.abc.com

However a simple Whois search reveals that these sites (www.xyz.com, and www.abc.com) are indeed owned by the same company. this seems unfair and unethical to me,

Is this against overtures Terms of service?

Yes, report him to Overture and the duplicate sites would be removed.

well I turned them in a few days ag and nothing....All I got was a generci response from overture. This irritates me so much, as it is so blatanly obvious and it seems overture it turning a blind eye.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I have a single account and I bid on the same keyword for more than one ad

Which bit do you find unfair or unethical from someone with multiple accounts?

I can relate to your problem. Ive put a notice in 4 times now about a company that is not listed 2 times but 3 times for the same keyword. They werent even hiding behind a different company name either. Listed 3 times and after 4 weeks they still havent done anything. What I want to know is how they actually pulled it off using the same company name in the first place. Overture didnt have any answers.

To be honest you can do what you want on the Oveture system.

Just post what you want when you want, if it gets refused just post it again.

There is no logic to it.

A happy poster.
