Queston on Duplicate Content

I am fairly new to all this and was wondering something.

I have 2 domains...separate from each other..not linked or directed

Will I get bounced from Sitematch for that if I register both? I mean I will be paying for the clicks so I would hope not but I am not clear on it.

One site will have something alittle different but mainly the same content. I bought a new domain because I noticed with my keywords that most high ranking site had the words in the name but I don't want to give up my other one I have paid for and paid hosting for.

Any help?
