Overture Search Optimizer

I've been digging around here for a while this afternoon looking for any posts about the OV Search Optimizer w/o much luck, so here it goes.

Has anyone been using this or tried it? I'm thinking about testing it out but I'd really like to hear some input from anyone who has already used it.
