Can't verify code to login

Hello all,
Just created an overture account but I can't login with certain computers. It keeps saying, "verification code is incorrect". It must be a setting in my browser. Able to login at another computer.

I had the same problem and it may be to do with your cookies on that machine!

Not really up to date on all that kinda stuff but apparently that was what was wrong with mine! Hope that helps!

Do you have an anti-spyware program running?

If so, shut it off and try again.

Encap, a girl at my work is having the same problem. If I find anything out I'll post it here. If you figure anything out, please let me know. Maybe we can figure this out together and help some other people.

Deleting cookies and restarting browser is the only way I have been able to solve this..but this fix has worked every time.

That didn't work for my co-worker. Deleting her cookies and restarting her browser was the first thing I did. Then we restarted the computer, no use. I even deleted the temporary files. Nothing. She took it to her University computer center, they had no idea.

She had recently installed SP2 for XP. Other than that she is not sure what changed. It's a complete mystery to me!

Any help would be great.

Got it figured out. Browser is not recognizing the site as a secured site.

They told me to go add overture as a trusted site.

Tools>>Internet Options>>Security>>Trusted Site>> Add Sites>>https://secure.overture.com
