Overture Client Activity Report

Received a monthly client activity report as usual, except ALL of the keywords are showing as 'new_term'! :(

Anyone else having the same problem?

I had that problem several months ago. Overture said they were valid keywords. I was able to find through some report (sorry I can't be more specific) that they were valid, but just reported strangley.

It's a bug that comes and goes. It generally occurs when you add a new keyword and run a report within a week of a word first appearing in your account and Overture is slow to update their DB. Often, if you run the same report a week later, the 'new term' will be replaced by the actual term.

Thank's for the threads ewhisper, I knew something had been posted in the past.

I have e-mailed them back to ask if another report can be produced.

The report has now turned up with keyphrases intact :)
