Sponsored Listings not showing in Yahoo.com

My client has a PPC campaign running with Oveture US but is unable to see his Sponsored Listings in his browser when searching on Yahoo.com (he can see them in Altavista, AlltheWeb and MSN and other Yahoo properties such as Yahoo Australia).

The IP address of his ISP is within range (we know this because we use the same ISP and can see the listings) and he uses IE 6.0.

I haven't been able to get an answer to this problem from either Overture or Yahoo.com and wonder if anyone else might have a solution.

I wonder if he was seeing older page versions that his ISP had cached. Ctrl/Refresh may be worth a try. Or has the problem resolved?

Doesn't appear to be a caching issue - CTRL/Refresh hasn't resolved problem.

Any other ideas?
