All my listings are gone?

Something horrid has happened..

I have not logged onto my overture account in a couple of weeks. We were happy with the stream of traffic it brought, and I was busy with other traffic.

My boss then notice a decrease in traffic. Wondering what was up, I noticed we had no ads appearing in overture.

I went and logged onto the site to see what was up.. and to my horror, ALL of my listings were gone. I am talking a couple of thousand of keywords, most of then grandfather claused.

I have written to support with their little form, but I have yet to hear an answer, and i cannot seem to find a phone number anywhere on the site.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

My Listings aren't gone, but my account is offline, though fully funded. Just put a request into suuport. A company as big as OVT should have a direct help line for these types of concerns.

I don't know what's going on, but I don't see ANY of our ads on Yahoo!, but I do see them on the syndicated partners.

Did I miss something? I feel like such a newbie - why would I not see ANY ads (ours or otherwise) on Yahoo!?

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received a response yet. Actually, we’ve been hearing lately that some folks haven’t been getting our emails because of spam filters that some ISPs have in place. First, I would recommend you make sure that your spam filter or ISP preferences are adjusted, if needed. Second, and more importantly, I’d really like to make sure your problem is taken care of. Can you sticky mail me with your information and I’ll make sure someone contacts you asap? Likewise, for other folks on this thread. Thx.
