Search XML feed from Overture

Hi,
does anyone know of third parties that deliver paid listings from Google Adsense/Overture in an XML feed for use by a non US searchsite with 1mio queries a month?
If not, what party would be the best provider for an non US company to use for XML feeded paid listings?
