Click Index broken?

Can't see it for any keyword

I checked three accounts representing about 500 terms but not one shows any colour in the Click Index. Has my industry (b2b service niche) suddenly taken a vacation?

Anyone seeing the CI bars?

None showing in our accounts either.

It's so meaningless anyway.

We have terms with close to 10% CTR that are showing a red bar because another ad is getting more than us (there are only two advertisers)

We wrote support almost a year ago asking how this was possible and were they considering taking this term off-line. They replied that the "off-line" process would not occur for high CTR terms but that the red bar would continue.
