Can you log in to Overture>

I am trying to log in but it won't. I can't get to secure.overture.com

Anyone else having this issue?

I have noticed this question being asked quite a few times here, why is it down so much?

I saw a note yesteday when I logged in that there was going to be some "planned maintenance."

Why do they go offline so much? I have no sense of the Overture back-end, but I do know that the infrastructure for serving a large scale application 24*7 can be really pricey and take a lot of training as well.
