Can sites run both Overture and Google AdWords?

There's one Overture affiliate that gives us a lot of low quality clicks. I wish they weren't an Overture affiliate, but it's something we have to live with.

Anyway, now I notice they have Google ads on their site also. Does Overture allow affiliates to run Google ads? Or do they have a policy against it. Note that this site runs Overture search results ("Pay for Performance"), not contextual ads.

Google and Overture are completely seperate entities.
