Can I use English only?

I'm thinking about launching my Overture campaign targeting all the regional markets now Overture supports. It's a bit difficult for me to submit the listing info in all the languange versions and I only have a English site.

I'm wondering if it's possible to submit my listings only in English. Does Overture permit this? And how will my listings show? In English regardless of the languanges the searchers are using, I guess?
