Any way to target CTRs to US-based browsers only?

Is there a setting in the DTC panel to restrict Overture ad display to US only (like Adwords can be set to do)?
I've searched Over site for 30 minutes and haven't fond how to do that. TIA

not to my knowledge

U choose Overture US, but people from outside the USA can view and click ads.

personally we never felt it as an issue, but can see what you mean.

Shak-

There's a referrer in my logs that is a "directory page" about the product I sell. The site is owned by a Cayman Islands outfit and I'm getting gazzilions of fraudulent clicks. I measure that by the conversion rates.

Example- last month
MSN 3,000 clicks Conv. ratio = 1.1%
Yahoo 4,000 clicks Conv. ratio = 1.3%
Fraud site 2500 clicks NO CONVERSIONS

If these guys (or gals) are set up in Cayman islands I was hoping I could exclude them from clicking through to my site by selecting US only
