Does anyone know how a company can join the Overture Context Match program? I am seening ads from advertising.com with a google style texted based ads format pointing to overture links in 468X60 & 728X90 & 120X600 formats.

Anyone have any information regarding this program?

I just noticed it as an addition to my control panel and applied for it.

If you check your "nn." account, you may see it there.

If not, check with your account manager and he/she can set it up for you.

Not to list your site in the service, to actually become one of the sites that serve the ads. Kinda like Overture's Adsense.

CNN.com shows Overture. They are having some inappropriate ads showing up on news stories though [webmasterworld.com], since they don't seem to have much of a stop word filter set up.

They are only accepting major publishers at this time (ie. the equivelant of AdSense premium publishers). They don't have anything equivelant to the AdSense regular publishers program, and I don't believe that anything is in the works, either.

watch this program if you opt into Content Match. We've lost a lot of money on it...not running it anymore.
