do you have to post immediatly?

I want to start my campaigns june 1st.
Can i sign up now, but not start any campaign until june 1st.
Or do i have to start posting immediatly.

Do they have a minimum monthly spending limit?
Or daily?
Weekly?

I am thinking about signing up this week.

Also do you know what day, or after how much money you spend to they tend to bill you?
