Overture results are not clear

How can we get conversions on no clicks

Hello,

I have an overture account where I have there code on my website which can track my conversions. It seems to work fine, BUT sometime I see conversions with no clicks.

Does anyone know about this? How can conversion take happen if someone/anyone does not click on the link.....?

I asked overture about this, but there reply was not very clear. Your suggestions/recommendations are appreciated.

I am not too sure how the Overture conversion tracker operates from a technical perspective, but a cookie is probably used and say stays on a visitor's machine for 30 days. After they have clicked on an ad for 'widget' keyword, then they come back on another day (by remembering the URL, going to bookmarks), a click isn't counted by a conversion is?
