Although Overture said they will continue to allow online gambling advertisements on their European partner sites, the only place they allow that is Overture U.K.

Overture Italy simply do not allow online gambling advertising, Germany, says:
"We do not allow advertising of games of luck, due to the unclear legal situation"
To the question why there are online gambling ads on their partner websites in Germany they answer: " We can allow it, if you have permit from the German authorities"

Let me remind you that Germany is part of the E.U. as is U.K. - and they all fall under the right of free trade.

And let's not forget that the World Trade Organization recently rulled that the online gambling in the U.S. is LEGAL!

I wanted to post this topic to help the people who plan to advertise on Overture to get a general idea of Overture as a company.
I would like to see somebody from Overture posting a reply to this topic with an explanation for all the webmasters to see.
Also, the reply of other webmasters would be greatly appreciated. Most of us make money by participatiing in vast arrays of affiliate programs, and it seems that soon all we going to see online is ebay and amazon...buhrrr

Fact:
The bids for the most searched gambling keywords in Overtire U.K. go as high as 13 pounds per click (about $25.00) and the number of searches with the most important keyword in the online gambling is almost 200,000 per month.
