Overture results not showing

Consistantly not showing in Yahoo Serps

I've noticed the Overture results are often missing from Yahoo SERPS. I called Overture and the explanation I got went like this: If Overture can't serve the request within a certain time frame, the page (Yahoo SERP) gets shown without it.

This would be understandable if when I hit "refresh" they would show up, but often, they don't. In fact, it seems that only certain queries consistently don't get Overture results. I'm starting to wonder if they have a hidden agenda.

Anybody else noticed this?

not sure what terms you're looking at, but terms i'm in for seem to be coming up fine with yahoo.

Seems to work fine in off peak hours. Try around 10:00 am Central Time when requests are around peak. Perhaps the explanation they gave me is all there is to it... If they do have a problem serving the results within a certain amount of time, I'd think fixing that would be a top priority.
