Overture survey too long

Do they think I have all day?

Just received a survey from Overture, and even without any monetary incentive like Google offered, I did try to complete it.

I could swear I had already answered 20-30 questions, and the percent of completion was only at 28%, so I left the page.

Does Overture really think a lot of people will complete it?

Next time make it smaller, and I might finish it.

A few dollars of credit in my account will go a long way also. I think Google Adwords offered $50 last time they requested some feedback.

IMHO the best way to do a volume of market research surveys is still by telephone. There's no way any form can substitute for the kind of input a seasoned interviewer can get from people.
