I went and bid number one for a term because a couple of us are fighting it out rigt now. My contol panal says I am number one and "view max bids" I am number one but if I type that term into OV or Yahoo I am still number 3.

Ok OV has admitted their is a problem. It seems to have something to do with the XML feed and replacation. It may only have to do with people that use bid management.
