How do I get help direct from Overture?

I've been an Overture paid-adword subscriber for several years. I've got a special problem that their FAQs don't seem to give an answer. Can any one tell me if an Overture email address for Help exists for subscribers, and if so, what it is?

PS My problem: Overture indicates a specific keyword should appear as number 1 in US search results, it appears as number 60 or so. Although we are in Thailand, this has been verified from an associate in the United States.
