I am giving Overture another try after about three years of not using them. I was surprised to see that a few of my keywords went live right away {within 10 minutes I got the following email:}

Total Submitted Search Listings: 37
Approved Search Listings: 26
Declined Search Listings: 0
Pending Search Listings: 11

I have a couple of questions and they are as follows:

How long before they give you an answer on the pending? A couple of the pending are the ones that will drive the most traffic.

I am trying to get into the top three, but do I really need to do so in order to remain in the first page of yahoo results? I mean now that I look at competitive terms in Yahoo, I see 4 on top of the SERP and 4 to the side in boxes. I am happy to remain in the first page, not necessarily in the top three

If I wanted to cancel, how do I do it? If some of the keywords that I am going for don’t get approved, I probably won’t get enough traffic to make the minimum $20.00

Just got an update and got a couple more terms approved {the ones that I was really after}, I guess they trickle in after the original review.

Thanks for the answer hotel, but I was hoping to pick someone's brain here without having to make a call on Sunday.
