Well, their new safeguards dont seem to work. I got hit again last week, so I sent in my claim with raw log files as proof - I got an automated reply saying they respond usually between 24/48 hours but not heard anything since (one week now).
Problem is this - we are assumed "guilty" and have to "prove our innocence" - so Overture will not let me add normal funds to bring my account back on line as they assume that the clicks were genuine. Upshot is I have to deposit a sum equal to at least 58 times my real average daily cpc!
