Overture has really excelled itself this time. Some popular search terms had been 35 yen until a few days ago. Then they started to show at 9 yen minimum bid, so I thought they were worth trying.
Then the reports finally show up and they are billing at 35 yen. I have submitted a complaint, so we will just have to see what the outcome is.
