Looks like Google

Yahoo now has the sponsored results on the right side of the SERP page that looks just like the Google Adwords listings.

When I click the "See your message here..." link under those boxes, it takes me to a page branded Overture/Yahoo and on the right side of the page has an excerpt from a typical SERP at Yahoo with the Sponsored Listings section highlighted. BUT, this is the Sponsored Listings at the TOP of the page highlighted, not the Google-like Sponsor Results on the right side of the page.

In fact, I can't find anything on there talking about those Sponsor Results boxes or what PPC program it is from, or how to join that program. I assume it is from Overture, but it is misleading and confusing.

Those boxes have been around for a while, they are usually the 5-8th place bids on OV.

Thanks, I've been so focused on Google, I haven't spent much time on Yahoo until recently.

BTW, I DO like the results I am getting back from Yahoo searches, in one case it was much more satisfactory than what I got at Google.
